Busisiwe Ganga is a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) and seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of experience in financial leadership, reporting, and strategic advisory. She partners with growing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to provide senior-level financial oversight, helping them strengthen governance, improve financial visibility, and scale with confidence.
Before founding Lilato Financial, Busisiwe held senior finance roles, where she worked closely with executive leadership and boards to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and organisational financial strategy. She has experience managing cross border finance team.
Her experience spans financial management, audit oversight, business advisory, and finance function development. Busisiwe has supported organisations across multiple industries by implementing structured financial reporting, strengthening financial controls, and guiding leadership teams in using financial information to drive sustainable growth.
Busisiwe holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Honours degree and is a Chartered Accountant CA(SA).
